At Formexa, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or assembled may not be eligible for return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Return authorization is required before sending any item back. 
Please contact our support team first so we can provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our support team after the return request has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
